Diets. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

If there’s something I can’t stand it’s being restricted to eating a certain thing everyday or being told that I can’t have something. But here’s something different for once:

The +14 Day Slim Down Plan from Jillian Michaels & SELF Magazine

First of all, you eat real amounts of food. Check.

Second, the food is simple and delicious. Can you say nachos? Plus, there are no weird & random foods you would never buy at a store without being held hostage (sorry Bob Harper) and I guarantee that your kids will dig the food too. (see what I did there?)

Third, you get both a meal plan AND a shopping list so it’s grab your list and go. No deep thinking about grocery planning here.

Fourth, Jillian’s workout makes you both want to die and be super fit all in about 25 minutes. The bonus? All you really need is your body, no fancy equipment required.
